HYPOTHESIS
Self-confidence is an important characteristic of your identity. Strong self-confidence opens doors to opportunities in relationships, work and personal development that otherwise would not occur. As importantly, it ensures you explore and make the most of all such opportunities.
To improve on your self-confidence you must advance your understandings and actively cultivate habits which build it. Waiting for something reassuring to happen in your life, that promotes your self-confidence, is not a legitimate strategy. This Lab guides you through processes that create the foundation understandings and support you in developing the skills and personal attributes that generate strong, well founded, self-confidence. Your confidence and life will change for the better in meaningful ways as you engage them.
