This Lab teaches you how to work with your emotional states using breath, focus, movement, and language to build emotional clarity, flexibility, and coherence. Mastering emotion isn’t about suppression, it’s about conscious redirection and skillful use of state.
HEALTH SCENE INVESTIGATION
  • What emotions or loops are showing up most often (irritation, overwhelm, anxiety, numbness, shame, resentment, grief)?
  • What are your most common triggers, and are they actually state-triggered (sleep debt, hunger, social threat, overload) more than situation-triggered?
  • Which emotional style do you default to under stress (Volcano, Freeze, Overthinker, Pleaser, Stoic, Empathic Sponge, Learner)?
HYPOTHESIS

When you practice emotional self-awareness and learn to shift your state through intentional regulation of breath, body, and focus, you improve heart-brain coherence, interpersonal communication, decision-making, and long-term mental and physiological resilience.
