You are very likely consuming a large part of your nourishment most days in the form of the same 8–10 foods: wheat, dairy, eggs, corn and corn-derived, soy and soy-derived, rice, peanuts, pork, beef, chicken… and packaged and processed foods containing the above (along with a variety of chemical additives). Taking a vacation from your routine foods and exploring a dietary road less travelled, choosing from a wide variety of whole, organic, sustainably grown and raised plants and animal products, will lead you to feel better.
