In our fast paced, "always on" culture and lifestyles today, it's easy to overlook the power and uniquely positive influence of love and kindness. We believe love and kindness to be the most powerful and frequently overlooked influences in our modern world. Fear, doubt, and worry get far more "play time" in the minds and hearts of many today.

Learning to use love, kindness and self-compassion as our primary source of motivation is transformative. Few have been raised in a culture that has reinforced this. It’s far more likely for most to have learned to use guilt, shame and coercion in their attempts to motivate new behaviors. Fortunately, we all have the power to change this and to share and experience more love and kindness, starting with ourselves. We have developed simple, practical tools to assist you here, beginning with this Lab.

HYPOTHESIS

Love, kindness and compassion are superpowers. Underutilized superpowers. Adopting the habits that lead you to be more loving, kind and compassionate is the foundation of making difficult changes much easier and more sustainable. Making changes out of love, kindness, compassion, appreciation, and respect for yourself, is a far more effective and nourishing approach than doing so out of frustration, shame, guilt, or coercion, as most have become accustom to. Learning to be more loving, kind and compassionate requires you pay more attention to cultivating new, more supportive, loving habits. Engaging this Lab with an open mind and heart will lead you to be more kind, loving and compassionate with a high degree of certainty. If you have the will, this Lab will show you the way. The time and attention you invest in this Lab will be enjoyable and deeply rewarding.
