Mini Vacations & Meditations serve to interrupt our routine mental and physical preoccupations and create opportunities to reboot, renew and revitalize. They enhance our ability to learn and retain information. They provide better circulation, posture and emotional regulation.

We use the term Mini Vacations to refer to activities that are brief enough in duration to be inserted virtually anytime throughout your day without significant disruption of other important tasks and responsibilities.

The mini vacation activities we encourage have been curated for their ability to reset and reboot your mood, state, and vitality in the most efficient ways possible, objectively. and subjectively. Our goal in this Lab is to guide and support you in creating conscious, practical breaks that will create robust variability in your daily routines, and markedly improve your sense of well-being, vitality, learning capacity and performance. Within it we feature the practices which our decades of investigation have revealed to be readily accessible, practical for all, efficient and uniquely effective.

Interrupting your daily buzz of mental and physical activity and preoccupation with short sessions where you access states that markedly shift your pace introduces new variability that is life changing. By engaging this Lab as designed, you will feel better, think better, function better and have a deeper sense of peace, control, and vitality.
