AT A GLANCE
Life and movement are synonymous. Where there is no movement, there is no life. Where there is more movement, there is generally more life, and frequently, more vitality. With very few exceptions, we feel and function better with more movement. Simply moving differently can shift how we feel and function. When we shift how we move, inclusive of our facial muscles and expressions, posture, muscle tone and breath, we immediately change the data being communicated throughout our neural networks and nervous system. New communications signal our body-mind’s innate, adaptive, complex intelligence to interpret, learn and respond in new ways.
Learning how to utilize our movement to enhance the creation of the states we desire and to cultivate new potential and abilities, is a remarkable asset. This Lab has been developed to deepen your understanding of how to more consistently create the movements, postures and physical activities which are congruent with the ways you prefer to feel and function. Use it to become better at co-creating the experiences you seek!
