Ways that free you and lead to meaningful improvements in your shape, body composition, attractiveness, vitality, and well-being. This is fact, not hype or fiction.

We can share that most “weight loss” has not been healthy or sustainable. This Lab will ensure you understand why that is and layout a much better and more reliable approach to making healthy changes to how you look, feel and function. Changes that enable your Shape Intelligence to release and stop storing excessive amounts of fat, and enable you to build strength and protective muscle mass instead. We have no product we are selling you or commercial incentives or biases in what we share with you in this Lab. Instead, we are inviting you on the safe, deeply rewarding exploration of a new, far more useful, and relevant understanding of the role of your body-mind’s Shape Intelligence and innate networked wisdom. We are inviting you to explore how you may choose to learn about it, and work with it, to improve what matters- your body composition and how you feel and function.
HEALTH SCENE INVESTIGATION
  • Do you fully understand your body’s composition and shape?
  • Have you been able to accurately assess and trend your body fat and its distribution, your muscle mass, your body water, and the integrity of your cell membranes?
  • Have you been trending how your body’s composition changes in response to changes in your habits and lifestyle?
  • Do you have data on what is actually changing when your weight does? Have you assessed and trended your mood, relationships, key habits, and general well-being in conjunction with changes in your weight?
  • Do you know how much fat, muscle mass and water are changing when you restrict calories, restrict fats or animal products, eat more plants, get better sleep, engage different types of exercise, at different intensities, for different, durations and at different frequencies?
HYPOTHESIS

We have an intelligence within us that regulates the amount of fat, muscle and water we retain and where it is located. We refer to this innate intelligence as our Shape Intelligence. Everything we think, feel and do influences our Shape Intelligence and it is constantly adapting and responding to the challenges we present to it. Our body fat (adipose tissue) is diverse in nature and has many different functions and responds to stress, immune, hormonal and inflammatory signals. It has evolved to protect us. When we attempt to starve or exercise it away, it frequently pushes back against our efforts, and makes it harder to continue to do so.

There is a much better way to approach improvements in body composition, shape, health and function and we provide the details on the why, what, how and when within this Lab and its partner Labs. No Lab within our system is likely to be more provocative and contrary to popular teachings and guidelines. We hope you will explore it with an open mind and the willingness to let your direct experience and the results you achieve speak for themselves.
