Vitality is life energy. Energy is necessary for every thought we think, all that we feel and everything we do, with no exceptions. Our vitality and energy metabolism is our foundation. It’s both catalyst and fuel for every cell function and for everything we think, feel, say or do, and all we accomplish in our lifetime. More vitality enables us to be better and to contribute more.

Vitality is the basis of our health, function, digestion, detoxification, thought processes, productivity, relationships, and creativity. When we fail to support it, we limit it, and every aspect of our function and life. When we understand and support it more effectively, providing the essential resources required, we thrive and are able to explore and express potential that would have gone untapped.

If one wants to explore their potential, they are wise to start with deepening their understanding of vitality and exploring how it responds to different mindsets and lifestyle habits. V-Metrics has developed an approach to measuring vitality and trending it over time, while exploring new habits and monitoring our response to each. You now have a system that enables you to understand your vitality and how to improve upon it in more ways than you likely realize. This Lab lays the foundation of understanding required to do so.

When understood, vitality is a top value and priority for all. Good vitality is essential to brain health, well-being and quality of life. When limited and compromised it predisposes you to dysfunction, chronic inflammation, and accelerated aging, opening the door to more serious illness.

By understanding vitality and assessing yours more objectively, and learning which habits support and improve it, you will make changes to key mindsets and behaviors with more ease and certainty than you have thought possible. You will be able to see and feel the results as never before.
