Our most precious assets include our vitality, relationships, sense of well-being, attention, and intention. The linchpins being our attention and intention, as they are the gatekeepers for the decisions we make and actions we take that define our lives. How we invest our attention and what our conscious intentions are when we do so, have extraordinary influence on our outcomes and our quality of life. Being more conscious of the outcomes and experiences we most desire and paying more consistent and thoughtful attention to them leads to improvements in multiple areas of our lives, including our vitality, relationships, and well-being. This Lab orients you to the role of our Values Index in supporting you in being more clear and conscious of your top values with more ease and consistency.

Engaging this Lab will assist your understanding of the role which our Values Index and associated Lab: The Valuing Process can play in improving your awareness of what matters most to you and in evolving habits which are more supportive. The heightened consciousness of your priorities will create new opportunities to make decisions and choices that are more congruent with and supportive of the better outcomes you are seeking.

The more clear you become on your core ends values and regularly reflect on how congruent your daily choices are with each, you will find yourself re-prioritizing how you invest your attention and energy. Changes that have been difficult become much easier and meaningful shifts take place in your life. Your habits will change. Your identity will change. Your relationships will improve. Your peace of mind, vitality and sense of well-being will change. All for the better.
