Our well-being may be the single most representative and important measure of our quality of life. There have been many ways developed to assess an individual’s well-being. Most have their place in the appropriate context. For our purposes at V-Metrics, we required an assessment that was more holistic and that included key quantitative and qualitative metrics. It also had to lead to deeper understandings and personal insights and focus our members on the most important, relevant, and actionable areas of their lives. It had to enable them to both keep score and improve on their score. I.e., Improve their well-being.

  • How does: quantitatively and qualitatively assessing and trending your well-being, highlighting areas that you can improve on, providing the resources to empower you to do so, influence your ability to create new habits and achieve meaningful transformations?
  • How do the new tools, resources and process impact your vitality and well-being?
HYPOTHESIS

We cannot improve on what we do not know. We cannot know what we do not measure. To understand what we measure more effectively, we are best to trend it over time.

Engaging the unique combination of physiologic biomarker assessments, self-reflection and psycho-emotional processes supported by this Index, and explained within this Lab, will result in new insights and in you investing your attention in ways that pay you much higher dividends, improving your well-being and quality of your life.
