Those who recognize the value of expert coaching can book a coach any day of the week, any week of the year, directly through their app! These members soon learn that the coaching experience within V-Metrics is like no other. Our coaches know how to navigate our system and how to optimize personal benefits through their own direct experience. They are tailor made for assisting you in doing so as well.

Straight talk: Most will benefit enormously from coaching sessions every 1–2 weeks, at least when you are new to our system and have clear goals and timelines to achieve them. That said, our most independent and capable members may have 2–3 coaching sessions over the first 2–3 months and then drop back to only 1 every 3–4 months.
